He was a dear man to us: a Husband, Father, and a Pepere. His dearest memories were with his two grandchildren, Heather and Clancy. He spent his life with horses teaching his granddaughter everything he knew about horses. His wife, Florence Allard, was very dear to him. She's still alive today. Somehow, somewhere. Clarence is still around watching over us.
