In memory of Harry M. Douglass

Submitted by Lillemor/Sweden

Date of birth: May 6, 1916

Date of passing: June 5, 1999

Place of burial: Calverton National Cemetery
Calverton, New York

Harry Douglass was the leader of the famous vocal group the Deep River Boys for more than fifty years. He had a great baritone voice and made all the musical arrangements together with the group´s pianist, Ray Durant. Harry was a warm, tender and understanding person. He was a very good listener. His beloved family meant all to him, but he also cared a lot about all friends around the world.

Thanks Harry for giving my family and me the joy of knowing you. You were my friend for more than 40 years and I miss you so much. But your voice will stay with us forever!

Thank you for the music and rest in peace!

Lillemor
