Grandma,

I just wanted to thank you for bringing so much joy and happiness to my life and for being such a loving and wonderful grandma to all of your grandchildren. You always had a smile on your face and loved to talk about the good times we had together. And, boy! Did we have some fun times at your house. Those were the best years of my life. I am a grandma now and I hope my grandchildren will love me as much as I loved you. I hope I can be as loving and as caring as you were. I wish you could see my granddaughter, Katelyn. She reminded me a lot of you, when she was first born, so you know she will be beautiful.

Tanya's little boy, Austin, looks so much like Daddy, it is not even funny. I wish I could go to your house and you would be there fixing some deer meat, butterbeans, potatoes and those good homemade biscuits that you used to make. Let's not forget the tea you used to make too. I don't know if it was a magic bowl you put it in or if you just stirred it with your finger to make it as sweet as you. We all miss you.

Sherry
