My recipe for Love Potion #10

By Ruthe

Love Potion #10 is a tremendous but an old recipe. Love, contentment and happiness sometimes gets lost in the shuffle, and especially as we are entering a new phase of life called "retirement."

The Golden Years will be a wonderful new adventure to all of us seniors if we will let our love re-enter again, bringing joy, and all the great things life has in store for us. I'm asking you to mix up my recipe and experience again a love you thought was lost -- it's still there waiting to be used by you, and your loved ones.

Ingredients for a happy life:

1. Respect
2. Consideration
3. Congeniality
4. Trust
5. Honesty
6. Affection
7. Sympathy
8. Kindness
9. Remembering special dates
10. "I love you" (say it often)

Directions:

Carefully mix all 10 ingredients together and use 24 hours a day. Love, contentment, and happiness will enter your lives. Follow the directions, and throw in extra amounts of #10 to speed up the process -- it's always so nice to hear someone say "I love you." This recipe will last you a life time.

Results:

In a short time you'll notice a wonderful difference in your mannerism, attributes you thought were lost will appear. This recipe will enhance your self confidence, will restore your self esteem, and give you a desire to want a new refreshing life. If single, perhaps a companion will enter your life, to enjoy the Golden Years with you as as partner. Repeating wedding vows will be coming to married couples, and their desire to rekindle their love relationship. I'm a firm believer that happiness will heal all wounds and it's so great to have it back into our lives.

A life-time guarantee:

My recipe for love, contentment, and happiness comes with a lifetime guarantee. Following all directions are a must -- using special care with tenderness and much devotion to insure us seniors a complete contentment in our Golden Years, and a life filled with nothing but love to each and every one around us.

In a short time, your children, grandchildren, friends, and neighbors will be asking to borrow your recipe of "Love Potion #10." This will bring a lasting relationship of love, contentment, and happiness to all of us seniors.

Seniors -- In their "Golden Years"

Seniors in many ways are a blessing in disguise. We will have many new adventures to delve into, and there will be times when we will be left wondering what is happening. Our minds will wander some, and we all will notice the days are going by fast. Our mates will be cranky at times and we will be wondering why they are so irritable, not realizing that maybe they are in pain. This all goes with getting older, and we must concede to it,
so lets make up our minds to just relax, sit back, and get the fun back into our lives. It's so much better to be happy than it is to be unhappy.

Many of us are anxious, with unsettled feelings. This happens not only to the singles, but I have noticed many married couples are going through stressful times with their mates. There are numerous reasons for this happening to so many of us. I find getting into conversations helps tremendously in taking away much of our anxiety, and soon the culprit causing our discomfort will be gone. Life is beautiful, and we must not let go of our precious time -- it's very valuable to us seniors, and there's plenty out there yet waiting for us to achieve. We must keep going, our wisdom is needed more than what we think and has been in demand for so many things lately. Happiness in our Golden Years is very important to each and every one of us in pursuing a longer life, and a life our children will be proud to talk about after our departure.

I am happy writing my little story here, and my wishes are to reach out to as many seniors as I can to help them in their daily lives. Knowing that many are in difficult situations, with very little light shining in and the golden years looking mighty bleak, my heart goes out to you. Hopefully my story will bring a touch of sunshine into your life in some way. You will be in my daily prayers. May God bless you all.
