" Our Great America Will Prevail " An Editorial

I sit here today wondering how much more we can endure, our hearts are broken, we have no more tears coming from our red stinging swollen eyes, and our hearts are filled with pain.

Yet we must hold on to our faith and pray that our loved ones will be coming home (we know though-- down deep in our hearts they aren't) our thoughts constantly are-- why do they want to hurt any of us Americans? Our country has been so generous to all countries in this big world we live in and many of our hard working tax dollars go to those good people living across our waters, we Americans are always wanting to help those in need, charitable organizations always on the alert filling box after box of food, clothing and medical needs. We're always there to give a helping hand. I've noticed though several countries that we have many times helped but never have they offered to reciprocate in our time of need, those countries right now are hiding criminals that simply hate Americans and will go to great lenghts to try and destroy as many of us as possible. Their efforts will be in vain, and these maniacs will never win at this game they insist on playing. This will become another War to these small countries, and how dreadful this will be to so many of their innocent people--- especially the children.

Our great America will not tolerate ever again, the outrageous demonstration that has devastated our Country on Tuesday September 11th. 2001, It was programed by a bully called Bin Laden a wealthy coward, and was even hated by his own father, and expelled from his own country Saudi Arabia. This cruel person would select young intelligent men to do his dirty work, and they gave up their lives to please his requests. This mad man will be captured, and must be punished for all the hurt he has brought to our wonderful country and the many lives he has taken from our loved ones.

My thoughts are taking me back to Pearl Harbour as I write my little story here today. Soon after this terrible disaster and with many lives lost--- World War II was declared--- this horrible War was taking our fathers, son's, brothers, and husbands for combat duty. It was so absolutly devastating to we young people, some not even graduated yet from High School, but called in to serve their country to fight a big unnecessary war, because some-one hated us. We wondered then-- why, as we now again are wondering the same thing. What have we ever done to these hate mongers to cause these murderous acts? My heart was broken then as it is again today, and we will be left with deep scars that can never be erased ever and our heartaches always go along with all wars, and now another unnecessary one starting soon, and it will be taking our young men and women ( Our Grandchildren ) to serve their country, all will be going in to fight the enemy some will be killed, many of our children will never come back. What a loss to our great country just because some individuals can't accept us as hard working Americans that have made this great country what it is today by teaching their children respect, gratitude and a privilege given them to live in a wonderful free land.

My thoughts are with all that have lost loved ones in this terrible happening, may you get the strength through our prayers to get you through this sad time---- your lives are shattered, and your hearts are broken may they soon be soothed and eventually healed. We cannot ever let this happen again to our loved ones, " America will Prevail" and we must not lose our faith.

President Bush and our American Congress need our complete support now, lets all stand together with them at this sad time and let the whole world know that we are strong people, and we will not tolerate ever again for this to happen to our Country-- that we so love, honor and respect. The land of the free-- and freedom for all--- what a wonderful place ! ! !
